Neerja is an actress, comic, and writer.

Neerja Sharma effortlessly transitions between stage, television and film. She appeared in the final season of The Wire, the acclaimed HBO series. Neerja will also appear in the independent films “In the Name of Allah” and “In Search of Aztec Gold”.
Moviegoers have seen her in Cosmpolitan with Roshan Seth and Kal Penn, The Accident, with 24’s Sarah Clarke, as well as TV shows: Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and A&E’s 100 Centre Street where she was cast by Sidney Lumet himself. Neerja was a successful engineer and sales manager, who worked in well known Fortune 500 companies before her successful acting career. Many remember her stand-up performances in clubs all over New York City, Philadelphia and NJ. She was a founding member of Philadelphia’s premier sketch comedy group “HazMat” and studied improvisation at NY’s top comedy theaters: The Upright’s Citizens Brigade and The People’s Improv Theater.
Neerja also brings her corporate experience as an engineer, sales professional and manager to corporate videos and events. Her unique experience as a technical sales professional and sales manager helps companies make impacting and entertaining training videos.
