Fahim Anwar started his standup career in Seattle shortly after graduating high school.
His parents were instrumental in molding his future beyond this point. Threatening to drop kick him if he didn't go to college, Fahim attended the University of Washington where he obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Seconds after tossing his mortarboard, he landed a job in SoCal as an aerospace engineer. Fahim is now a regular on the LA comedy circuit, doing spots at the Improv, Laugh Factory, Comedy Union, Ice House and the Comedy Store, among others.
He has also recently toured with national headlining comedian Jo Koy. Fahim dabbles with internet shorts as well and had the viral video Gods smile upon him with the success of "Afghan Wedding" as it amassed over half a million views on YouTube while being featured on Break.com and Digg.com.
His YouTube channel videos have now been viewed over a million times and this spring he will be guest starring on the new season of NBC’s CHUCK.
